By accessing and using SellerRevive.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SellerRevive.ai is an AI-powered Amazon seller account reinstatement service designed to help Amazon sellers whose accounts have been suspended or under review.

2. Description of Services

SellerRevive.ai provides the following services:

  • AI-powered analysis of account suspension reasons
  • Personalized reinstatement strategy development
  • Professional appeal document preparation and drafting
  • Guidance throughout the reinstatement process
  • Communication support with Amazon Seller Central

All services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee account reinstatement, though we work diligently to maximize your chances of success.

3. Payment Terms

Service Fee: The cost of SellerRevive.ai services is a flat fee of $499.

Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account.

Billing: You will receive an invoice via email upon payment. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If your Amazon seller account is not reinstated after three (3) good-faith reinstatement attempts using our professional guidance and appeal documents, we will provide a full refund of the service fee.

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have implemented all recommended strategies as outlined in your reinstatement plan
  • Appeals must be submitted according to our professional guidance
  • You must provide documentation of all three appeal rejection responses from Amazon
  • A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the third rejection

If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of SellerRevive.ai, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your Amazon account and suspension
  • Act in good faith in implementing our recommendations and strategies
  • Comply with all Amazon Seller Central policies and procedures
  • Not misrepresent information or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account access credentials
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

While we work diligently to maximize your chances of reinstatement, we cannot guarantee that your Amazon account will be reinstated. Account decisions remain entirely at Amazon's discretion.

SellerRevive.ai shall not be liable for:

  • Amazon's decision to uphold, modify, or reverse a suspension
  • Loss of profits or business revenue resulting from account suspension
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Actions or failures of Amazon or third-party services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any user who:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Threatens or harasses our team members

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. No refund will be issued for termination due to violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
